How to hide/unhide a file/folder?

This tutorial shows how to hide and unhide a file/folder in windows using command prompt.
To hide
Step 1:- open the drive in which the folder is located to hide.
Step 2:- type command “attrib ‘name of folder/file’ +s +h”.

 
To unhide
Step 1:- open the drive .
 
Step 2:- type command “attrib ‘name of file/folder’ -s -h”.
 
To show all the hidden files….
Step 1:- open the drive.
 
Step 2:- type command ” attrib -h -r -s /s /d d:*.* ” (where d: is the drive letter)
 
and all the hidden files in the drive will be shown.
