Multiuser is a feature provided by the cisco packet tracer to configure two different connection in different windows(packet tracer in same computer)/ different computers.
to configure multiuser open two packet tracers and make network:-
Now to configure servers follow link of previous article:-
1.After that in both the windows go to Extensions/multiuser/listen and give both of them same password and set to prompt.
Keep in mind the port number of both the packet tracers.
2.Now select multiuser device from Multiuser connection in the device option. It is a cloud like device and connect it to the switch with copper cross wire. While connecting, connect it with the free port of switch and on the peer device create new link. Then click on the peer device and a new window will appear.
In it set connection type from incoming to outgoing, peer address to local host (in case of other computer type the ip of that computer but keep in mind that both the computers are connected to the same network). and also give the peer port no. of other tracer with password and click on connect.
A request of connection will appear in the other window and a cloud will automatically appear. which we connect to the switch by copper cross wire. This time on the cloud we connect to the port of the switch in other packet tracer instead of creating new link.and connect it to the free port of switch with copper cross wire.
Now we can request the ip by dhcp server and the check the webpage by web browser.
